WWF, the global conservation organisation is looking to fill a full-time internship position in its Brussels European Policy Office to work as
Receptionist/Secretary
The Receptionist/Secretary will provide a welcoming environment for visitors in line with WWF core values and will support the administration and finance team in the smooth functioning of the office.
Major Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Providing a welcoming environment for visitors, staff and suppliers;
Managing telephone switchboard and telephone lists;
Booking meeting rooms and catering;
Keeping track of stocks and ordering stationary and kitchen supplies;
Being the contact person for photocopiers and suppliers, post office, etc;
Registering people in WWF’s intranet and managing staff list;
Booking travel and accommodation for staff and visitors;
Advising on best cost and most carbon effective travel;
Supporting the admin and finance team as requested.
Required qualifications and skills:
Graduate looking for a paid internship through a “convention d’immersion professionnelle/Beroepsinlevingsovereenkomst” (see below);
Fluency in English, and French and/or Dutch;
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software package;
Strong organisational and secretarial skills;
Basic communication and financial skills;
Personal initiative, team spirit and ability to face several tasks under pressure are a must;

Initial 12 months Belgian contract under a "convention d’immersion professionnelle/Beroepsinlevingsovereenkomst" at 1.000€ gross/month leading to employee contract after the initial period.
